Job Description and Requirements:

Enviro-Master Pittsburgh is seeking a Territory Sales Account Manager to focus on new business to business account development. Each Territory Sales Account Manager is given a large territory to operate in with no overlap. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting, presenting programs and meeting weekly sales quotas. Territory Sales Account Mangers receive leadership training prior to starting which includes product knowledge and sales process and business development strategies.

Territory Sales Account Mangers start with a $35,000 base salary and are eligible for commissions on top of the base. There are no caps on your total earning potential, you must be a self-starter possessing a strong work ethic, discipline, persuasive and goal-driven “hunter” type attributes in order to be successful. Exceptional communication, interpersonal and solid presentation skills as well as the ability to develop strong, lasting business relationships are the keys to success in this role.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in Business preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year outside New Business Development Sales experience
  • Valid Driver’s License and transportation required
  • New business to business sales experience preferred
  • “Hunter” sales mentality – goal driven and self-motivated
  • Strong competitive and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Exceptional communication skills

Compensation Includes:

  • Base Salary

Target Compensation:

  • 1st Year - $35-65K
  • 2nd Year - $65-75K
